We can deliver

There are 3 costs to having a buffalo slaughtered:

 

1)   purchase of the live buffalo from Four Seasons Ranch

 

2)   a field slaughter charge of about $85.00.

 

3)   a meat processing charge of 40¢/pound cold hanging weight

      (weight of carcass after it hangs about ten days).

 

Four Seasons arranges for the field slaughter.  You decide how the meat will be packaged.  You must pick the meat up in Lamont, Michigan (near Grand Rapids and our farm) about two weeks after the field slaughter.  

 

We are NOT a game ranch.
